Anunaad Educational & Rural Development Foundation, (Anunaad) a Section 8 Company, is a not-for-profit organization. Its primary mission is to provide support to students, Schools and individuals in far-reaching places through education, skill development and consultations.
अनुनाद एज्युकेशनल & रूरल डेव्हलपमेंट फाऊंडेशन हि रजिस्टर संस्था असून विद्यार्थी, शाळा आणि गरजू व्यक्तींना मदतीचा हात देण्यासाठी या संस्थेची स्थापना करण्यात आली आहे. वेगवेगळ्या सामाजिक व शैक्षणिक उपक्रमांमार्फत अनुनाद चाकोरी बाहेरील शिक्षण देण्यासाठी प्रयत्नशील असते.
Anunaad is taking proactive steps by donating E-learning units, school supplies, and infrastructure items. Additionally, it fosters positive thinking through sessions on value-based education, emotional intelligence, and career guidance.
The organization also conducts various workshops aimed at developing skills such as writing and art.
The health of students is a critical concern. Anunaad addresses this by organizing health camps for students, aiming to educate them on basic health practices and provide medical assessments.
These check-ups cover various aspects such as eye health, dental health, blood tests, and more, enabling early detection and appropriate guidance on existing health conditions.
Anunaad is having valid Registrations under CSR, DARPAN, 12 A and 80 G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
“ANUNAAD” means “in harmony with” and reflects our approach and eagerness to work with individuals and organizations that share our common vision.

अनुनाद एज्युकेशनल अँड रुरल डेव्हलपमेंट फाउंडेशन ही संस्था ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थी व शाळा यांसाठी कार्यरत आहे.
दुर्गम भागांत तसेच लहान लहान खेडी आणि पाड्यांवरील शाळांना विविध शैक्षणिक सहाय्य उपलब्ध करून देण्याचे काम अनुनाद नेहमीच करत आली आहे. शालेय शिक्षणाबरोबरच विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वतःची ओळख व्हावी, वेगवेगळी कौशल्ये शिकून त्याचा उपयोग अर्थार्जनासाठी व्हावा यासाठी वेगवेगळ्या कार्यशाळा अनुनाद तर्फे घेतल्या जातात.
E-learning युनिट्स, विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी वह्या-पुस्तके यांसारखे शालेय साहित्य, प्रयोगशाळा, वाचनालय तसेच बसण्यासाठी बेंच, फळा यांसारख्या शाळेसाठी आवश्यक असणाऱ्या पायाभूत सुविधा अनुनाद तर्फे उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येतात.
याशिवाय मूल्यशिक्षण, भावनिक बुद्धिमत्ता, करिअर मार्गदर्शन तसेच लेखन कार्यशाळा, कला कार्यशाळा यांसारख्या विविध कौशल्य विकास कार्यशाळा अनुनाद तर्फे विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी घेतल्या जातात.
सर्व प्रकारची रजिस्ट्रेशन्स संस्थेकडे असून संस्थेला आर्थिक स्वरूपात देणगी देणाऱ्या व्यक्तीस कर सवलतीस पात्र असलेली पावती मिळू शकते.
अनुनाद म्हणजे प्रतिसाद. प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीमध्ये देखील जिद्दीने वाटचाल करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींसाठी, शाळांसाठी, विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मदतीचा हात पुढे करून त्यांना प्रतिसाद देण्यासाठी अनुनाद नेहमीच उत्सुक असते.

Founding Directors
Anunaad was incorporated on 23 March 2021 during pandemic. Two passionate enterprising women with diverse backgrounds joined hands to serve and touch lives of the underserved and uncared young minds and women from rural and urban areas.
Pooja Khandekar
Pooja is a seasoned business specialist and Software Developer who made a conscious shift from the luxury industry to focus on creating meaningful social impact. With over 12 years of entrepreneurial experience, she brings a unique blend of passion, perseverance, and compassion to everything she does.
As the co-founder of Anunaad, Pooja is deeply committed to driving change through initiatives that improve access to education and promote environmental sustainability. Guided by a strong sense of purpose and responsibility, she continues to dedicate her efforts toward building a more inclusive and conscious society.
Sucheta Joshi
Sucheta is a passionate social entrepreneur, career counsellor, and life coach with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors. An engineer by training, she began her journey in industrial automation and later found her calling in skill development and vocational education, empowering youth from both rural and urban communities.
As co-founder of the Anunaad, Sucheta is committed to creating lasting impact by improving access to quality education and healthcare in remote regions. Her work blends technical expertise with an understanding of social needs, driving meaningful change at the grassroots level.
